Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking data. We do not operate any servers for the App.

Audio Recording Data

When you start recording, the App captures system audio and writes the recording to a file on your Mac. This audio content is processed locally for the purpose of saving it as a recording.

• Where recordings are stored: locally on your device (including temporary/cache storage used by the App, and/or a location you choose when exporting).
• Who can access recordings: you. The App does not upload recordings anywhere.

Permissions

macOS may require certain permissions for the App to function:

• Screen Recording permission: required by macOS APIs (ScreenCaptureKit) to capture system audio. The App uses this permission only to record audio when you explicitly press Start.
• File access: when you choose a save/export location, the App uses the standard macOS save panel and accesses only the location you select.

Data Sharing

The App does not share your data with third parties.

Data Retention

Recordings remain on your Mac until you delete them. The App may store temporary files for recordings; you can remove these at any time (for example, using the App’s “Clear Cache” feature if available).

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. If changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised.
